LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Our Leadership Development Program is a rigorous one-and-a-half-day assessment program to determine key leadership strengths and highlight areas for development. The program assesses interests, skills, and potential for development in the areas of commitment, competence and character. Once the assessment is complete, a development plan is created to guide the individual's learning for a two-year time period. The program can be used for selection of applicants, promotional decision making and developing managers in their current positions.
